A tour de force ??

First met Lesley at Heathrow Post House in about 1980. She was a receptionist and even then a grear personality
We didnt meet again until about 10 years ago when she called me up to do some recruting for Crimson
By now Lesley was responsible for 7 hotels working for a great boss who like her took no prisoners!
She brightened my life with her great sense of humour and also i loved her passion for the business
Only like minded individuals would pass the Lesley test . One day i answered the phone to her , no greeting whatsoever, she was furious and yelled down the phone “2 f.....g fried eggs on a side plate !!”
Thankfully not one of my recruits had served her that but she wanted to throw the plate across the room but called me instead
I posted Lesleys passing on the Forte Alumni site on linked in and so many posted what a professional she was , how she had helped si many careers . How she had made suvh great effect on average rates and occupancies.
Lesley was a true hotelier and will never be forgotten by so many for being a wonderful friend who brightened up every day . RIP lovely lady
